This summer we brought on Program Director Merisa Boyd-Martinez, with over 15 years of non-profit experience. She is incredibly passionate and skilled at working with youth and has already proven herself an invaluable asset to the Catalyst team.
Over the last couple of months we interviewed 12 applicants to fill strategic volunteer staff positions at Catalyst, and we are thrilled to bring 3 of them onto the team.
Nick Do is our Director of Operations, with 5 years of experience working in operations at tech companies. He is already lending his experience in infrastructure and operations to our organization.
Anjali Shekhar is our Chief of Staff and brings her experience in leading teams in sales executive spaces, and her passion for community service, to help us serve the youth of Oakland.
Dhiren Suryadevara is our Technology Director and a software engineer with experience at tech startups. His heart for volunteering and youth mentorship makes him an asset as we engage with mentoring students in a world that is so technologically advanced.
